You retain rights to any content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services.
We do not share any user content or data with third parties.

5. Updates
We may provide updates, enhancements, or bug fixes. These updates may be installed automatically. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

6. Data Collection and Privacy
Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:
What information we collect (including your phone number)
How we use that information
Our commitment to not sharing data with any third party
By using the Application, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Application.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the Application at any time. Upon termination, this license will end automatically.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
